Calls to the model grok-3 on Azure AI Foundry stopped working on May 1, 2026.

The grok-3 model was retired on May 1, 2026. Calls specifying model grok-3 fail since that date. The model lifecycle reached retired status on the specified retirement day.

Migrate to grok-4, which is named as the replacement. Note that grok-4 stops working on January 31, 2027, and no replacement that holds is named yet.
