Apify API deprecated GET /v2/actors/{id}/builds/{id} without giving a shutdown date yet.

Apify API deprecated the GET /v2/actors/{id}/builds/{id} endpoint without a shutdown date, moving build-related endpoints under the new actor-builds namespace. Requests made to this endpoint will eventually fail.
