# POST /lemur/v3/generate/action-items stops working

Calls to POST /lemur/v3/generate/action-items on AssemblyAI API stopped working on February 11, 2025.

AssemblyAI removed the POST /lemur/v3/generate/action-items endpoint on February 11, 2025. Following this shutdown, requests sent to this endpoint fail. AssemblyAI API stated that they sunset the lemur/v3/generate/action-items endpoint on that date.

## What to use instead

Use the LeMUR task endpoint instead, which is itself replaced by the LLM Gateway.
