# PUT /v2/user stops working

Calls to PUT /v2/user on Coinbase App API stopped working on February 9, 2024.

On February 9, 2024, the Coinbase App API removed the PUT /v2/user endpoint. Requests sent to this endpoint now fail. Coinbase App API previously deprecated this route, described as the Update Current User endpoint, before removing it entirely.

## What to use instead

There is no API replacement. Manage the profile directly in the Coinbase app instead.
