# /v2/payment-methods* is deprecated

Coinbase App API deprecated GET /v2/payment-methods* without giving a shutdown date yet.

On March 7, 2024, Coinbase App API deprecated GET /v2/payment-methods* without a shutdown date. These calls will eventually fail as Coinbase replaces them with newer equivalents. Until an effective date is established, existing integrations relying on these legacy endpoints face future removal.

## What to use instead

Use GET /api/v3/brokerage/payment_methods and GET /api/v3/brokerage/payment_methods/{payment_method_id}.
