GitGuardian API deprecated GET /v1/incidents/secrets/{id}/members without giving a shutdown date yet.

GitGuardian has deprecated the GET /v1/incidents/secrets/{id}/members endpoint without announcing a shutdown date. Calls to this route will eventually fail. GitGuardian API notes that the endpoint is replaced by another route.
