# The Accounting Extension API stops working

Calls to /crm/v3/extensions/accounting/* on HubSpot API stopped working on February 28, 2023.

On February 28, 2023, the Accounting Extension API was shut down. This change affects calls to /crm/v3/extensions/accounting/*, which now fail. Any integrations still targeting these endpoints no longer function.

## What to use instead

Write invoices and related records with the CRM v3 object APIs (/crm/v3/objects/*), authenticating calls through an app.
