LiveKit Cloud API deprecated POST /twirp/livekit.Egress/StartTrackEgress without giving a shutdown date yet.

LiveKit Cloud API has deprecated POST /twirp/livekit.Egress/StartTrackEgress without a shutdown date, stating that it will be removed in a future release. Requests to this endpoint will eventually fail once it is removed.

## What to use instead

Call POST /twirp/livekit.Egress/StartEgress with a MediaSource with preset PASSTHROUGH instead.
