# The v1 /broadcasts API is deprecated

MagicBell API deprecated /broadcasts* without giving a shutdown date yet.

Calls to /broadcasts* have been deprecated without a shutdown date. Following their deprecation, requests to these endpoints fail. Review current implementations to ensure requests do not rely on the deprecated v1 endpoints.

## What to use instead

Create and list broadcasts using POST and GET requests to the v2 broadcasts endpoint on api.magicbell.com instead.
