Mastodon API deprecated GET /api/v1/instance without giving a shutdown date yet.

The GET /api/v1/instance endpoint has been deprecated without a shutdown date. Calls made to this endpoint fail. The change applies to callers using this route to obtain general information about the server.

## What to use instead

Call GET /api/v2/instance instead.
