Onesignal deprecated GET /api/v1/players without giving a shutdown date yet.

Onesignal deprecated the GET /api/v1/players endpoint without a shutdown date. Calls made to this endpoint will eventually fail. Onesignal characterizes this as a legacy interface.

Replace calls with View User or the CSV Export API.
