# The dissolved_since query parameter is deprecated

OpenCorporates API deprecated GET /v0.4/companies/search, query parameter dissolved_since without giving a shutdown date yet.

OpenCorporates API deprecated the query parameter dissolved_since on the GET /v0.4/companies/search endpoint without a shutdown date. Calls passing this parameter to restrict to companies with a dissolution date after a given date are marked for removal. Requests using the parameter fail.

Use the dissolution_date date filter instead, formatted as dissolution_date=YYYY-MM-DD:.
