# /search.php is deprecated

Openstreetmap deprecated /search.php without giving a shutdown date yet.

The /search.php endpoint has been deprecated without a shutdown date. Openstreetmap notes it will be removed in future versions, after which requests to this endpoint will fail.

Call /search instead of /search.php.
