PayPal REST API deprecated /v1/invoicing/* without giving a shutdown date yet.

PayPal deprecated /v1/invoicing/* endpoints without a shutdown date. Calls made to these endpoints fail as the /v1/invoices endpoint is deprecated. Developers sending requests to this path will encounter failed operations.

## What to use instead

Move to Invoicing v2 (/v2/invoicing/invoices, /v2/invoicing/search-invoices).
