POST /collections/{id}/points/search/groups endpoint removal
Deprecated, no dateSubscribe to Qdrant CloudShare
The POST /collections/{id}/points/search/groups endpoint is deprecated without a shutdown date and fails after removal. Qdrant Cloud announced on August 5, 2026, that it has removed this legacy endpoint alongside others in favor of the unified query API introduced in version 1.10. Requests sent to this route will no longer succeed once the removal takes effect.
Calls it hits
POST /collections/{id}/points/search/groups
What to use instead of these calls
Call POST /collections/{collection_name}/points/query/groups, the Query API, before upgrading the cluster to Qdrant 1.19, which removed this endpoint.
In Qdrant Cloud's words
We've removed the legacy /search , /recommend , and /discover endpoints. The unified /query API superseded these endpoints in version 1.10 .
