# /audiences* is deprecated

Resend deprecated /audiences* without giving a shutdown date yet.

Resend deprecated the /audiences* endpoints without a shutdown date. Resend announced on November 5, 2025, that the endpoints will be removed in the future, at which point affected calls will fail.

## What to use instead

Use the Contacts API directly without audience_id, and use the Segments API instead.
