# GET /list-chat-agents stops working

Calls to GET /list-chat-agents on Retell AI API stopped working on July 31, 2026.

On July 31, 2026, Retell AI API retired the GET /list-chat-agents endpoint. Calls made to this route fail since that date. Retell AI API deprecated the endpoint alongside other agent list endpoints and requires callers to adopt newer routes.

Call POST /v2/list-agents, filtering filter_criteria.channel on chat, and read the results from items.
