Calls to /v2beta/{id}/{id}/mcpPolicies* on serviceusage.googleapis.com stopped working on July 30, 2026.

Support for managing Model Context Protocol server enablement and consumer policies using the Service Usage v2beta API was shut down on July 30, 2026. Calls to /v2beta/{id}/{id}/mcpPolicies* fail since that date.

Drop MCP enablement calls: enabling the underlying service is sufficient.
