# DELETE /internal/api/v2/workspaces/{} is deprecated

Split Admin API deprecated DELETE /internal/api/v2/workspaces/{id} without giving a shutdown date yet.

Split Admin API deprecated the DELETE /internal/api/v2/workspaces/{id} endpoint on api.split.io without a shutdown date. Affected calls will be disabled on your migration date and will fail. On that date, this endpoint will be replaced by new endpoints on the Harness platform.

## What to use instead

Delete projects using the Harness Platform Projects API instead. Moving to the replacement endpoints requires more than updating an identifier, as you must create a new Harness API key credential.
