# PATCH /internal/api/v2/workspaces/{} is deprecated

Split Admin API deprecated PATCH /internal/api/v2/workspaces/{id} without giving a shutdown date yet.

Split Admin API has deprecated the Split Admin API endpoint PATCH /internal/api/v2/workspaces/{id} without specifying a shutdown date. Affected calls will be disabled on your migration date, after which requests fail. This change removes the legacy workspace update operation in favor of newer platform endpoints.

## What to use instead

Update projects using the Harness Platform Projects API instead. Moving to these replacement endpoints requires more than updating an identifier, as you must create a new Harness API key credential.
