Sportradar API deprecated /mlb/trial/v5*, /mlb/production/v5* without giving a shutdown date yet.

Sportradar deprecated the MLB API v5 without a shutdown date as part of efforts to simplify and modernize delivery infrastructure. This change affects calls to /mlb/trial/v5*. Affected requests will eventually fail.

## What to use instead

Move to the current MLB API version at /mlb/trial/v8/..., as Sportradar supports one current and two previous versions.
