# GET /v2/contact_center/tasks stops working

Calls to GET /v2/contact_center/tasks on Zoom API stopped working on August 30, 2024.

On August 30, 2024, Zoom removed the GET /v2/contact_center/tasks endpoint. Calls made to this endpoint after that date fail.

## What to use instead

Discontinue calling GET /v2/contact_center/tasks. Zoom names no replacement endpoint, so any feature relying on it must be rethought.
