# PUT /v2/phone/call_logs/{}/client_code is deprecated

Zoom API deprecated PUT /v2/phone/call_logs/{id}/client_code without giving a shutdown date yet.

Zoom deprecated the PUT /v2/phone/call_logs/{id}/client_code endpoint without setting a shutdown date. The deprecation was announced on December 19, 2023, as part of replacing Call Logs with new Call History endpoints. When the change takes full effect, requests sent to this endpoint will fail.

## What to use instead

Update your code to call PATCH /v2/phone/call_history/{callLogId}/client_code instead.
